• Do you accept insurance?

  • Yes! I am currently accepting patients with Cigna, United Healthcare, CTCare, Medicare, Medicaid/HUSKY, Aetna, and Anthem/Carelon.

• What if I do not have insurance coverage?

  • I can discuss private-pay options on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for further details.

• Will this hurt/be uncomfortable?

  • It will not! These evaluations are mostly paper-and-pencil measures with some light computer tasks (situation depending). There are no invasive procedures involved in measuring how well your brain is functioning.

• How do I know if I need a Neuropsychological evaluation?

  • There can be lots of reasons for a referral to a Neuropsychologist, such as,

    • Family history of memory loss/dementia

    • Personal concerns/family members note more forgetfulness

    • Changes in personality/behavior that are uncharacteristic

    • History of medical conditions that tend to impact brain function (e.g., Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, COVID, strokes/heart attacks, and others).
